I have been practicing Freerunning and the art of Le Parkour since early 2005.
I first witnessed the art-form on commercials and the BBC documentary
‘Jump Britain’.

Shortly after the documentary, I was in my local town centre and saw Luke training. I introduced myself and before long we were training together almost every day.
I was introduced to all the local practitioners and met the remaining Autarchy members on the set of ‘Emo Rangers’. And that is basically why I am here today.

My other hobbies include skateboarding, downhill mountain biking, muay thai and playing the guitar and drums.

I feel I have developed my personal style of Freerunning through the various activities I practise, like skateboarding. I believe this is how I have managed to create my powerful and aggressive style. However, training with people who have a more fluid style has taught me to adapt, therefore treating these skills as a discipline rather than a sport.

I love moving beyond boundaries and will continue to do so through my performances, stunts, fun and camera work. I will take every opportunity to do my best.
